Full Inspection
The purpose of this type of inspection is to identify and report the presence of fungus, dry rot, subterranean termites, drywood termites, wood boring beetles, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and things that could lead to infestations such as earth-to-wood contact, leaking sinks, showers, bathtubs, sprinkler valves, and hose bibs. We also report anything we could not inspect such as attic spaces, underneath decks, and room conversions that are built on a wood foundation over a concrete slab. This type of inspection ranges in price from $110 to $240 based on age, square footage, and foundation type. Please call with the details of your property for an exact price.
